Moretta Community Development Foundation (MCDF) is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization serving low-to-moderate income individuals and families of modest means in Southern California communities and the High Desert Region of the Inland Empire of San Bernardino County. MCDF works collaboratively nationally through public-private partnerships to remove barriers, real and perceived, and increase access to technology resources to improve health, wellness and overall well-being for all.
MORETTA HOUSE TO HOME CENTER FOR TRAINING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (MCTTA) MCTTA programs focus on capacity building and sustainable economic development. MCTTA helps connect services and resources to individuals, returning citizens (including formerly incarcerated men and women), transitional age youth (TAY), veterans and military families.
SYSTER Projects and community outreach / engagement programs focus on connecting youth to the emerging career opportunities and pathways to technology education and high-income earning careers. The program advances entry-level STEM, STEAM and TECH workforce development programs by inspiring community leaders, mentors, entrepreneurs, and technology developers to inspire and mentor a new generation of technology, innovation and entrepreneurs while building a workforce of skilled professionals.
