Homeownership Education.

Foreclosure Prevention.

"Homeownership Education Today.

Vibrant Communities Tomorrow."

The Moretta Community Development Foundation (MCDF) was established to accomplish the goals of increasing quality of life and homelessness prevention through resource & capacity building, self-sufficiency, community revitalization, overall health & wellness, financial capability and homeownership education.

Our mission is to raise awareness and increase access to opportunities that help disadvantaged women, children and their families achieve their goals of safe, decent housing, self-sufficiency, and sustainable economic opportunities. It's an ambitious idea, but together we can empower happy youth and families while building vibrant communities of choice."

Bringing Communities HOME

Moretta Community Development Foundation

Moretta Community Development Foundation (MCDF) is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization serving low-to-moderate income individuals and families of modest means in Southern California communities and the High Desert Region of the Inland Empire of San Bernardino County.  MCDF works collaboratively through public-private partnerships to remove barriers, real and perceived, and increase access to resources to improve health, wellness and overall well-being for all.

Moretta House to HOME Center for Training and Technical Assistance (MCTTA) programs focus on capacity building and sustainable economic development.  MCTTA helps connect services and resources to individuals, returning citizens (including formerly incarcerated men and women), transitional age youth (TAY), veterans and military families.
