Join us as women entrepreneurs connect, network and learn in-person and face-to-face to foster individual entrepreneurship and local community economic success. The SYSTER Conference on Entrepreneurship & Economic Development raises awareness and visibility, bridges resource gaps and connects women entrepreneurs to local leaders, decision makers and creates pathways of success to navigate the new economic environment with confidence. The conference events create opportunities to access vital resources, including capital and new markets to successfully innovate, grow and sustain SMART entrepreneurship.

Attendees focus on trends in entrepreneurship, ecosystems for growth, develop strategies for the next generation of innovation, new businesses and promote the advancement of collaboration, public-private partnerships, wellness and economic well-being.
